I know with certainty
The uncertainty
Of stepping through the portal
Toward Godness.
I thirsted and was quenched
Sensuous satisfaction
A soul cooled
Yet titillated
By the quest ended-
A journey begun – new completeness –
Melded with Him
An ache of spirit
A knowing
There was somewhere
That knowing
Which would take me
To the roots
Of my belief-
On my knees
My spirit met
C O M P L E T E N E S S
Without knowing
All of where I was
Or what I was doing-
Until I was one with the Father-
