Ghouls and Ghosts ©
Ghouls and ghosts and spiderwebs.
Things looking like the living dead.
Witches, fairies, elves and gnomes.
Trying to creep into our homes.
Trick and treating at the doors.
Lots of kids, by the scores.
Toffee apples, candy canes.
Sweets with lots of different names.
Dunking for apples and dressing up.
sticky cakes and gooey stuff.
Playing games are lots of fun.
Where rewards are always won.
Halloween is the time of year.
Of spooky things and trembling fear.
But when the day is over and done.
On Halloween the kids had fun.
