My Eyes

Look into my eyes and you`ll see the desert.
Glowing darkness and vast expanses.
Of memories buried too deep in the dunes.
Even for me to remember.

How can you love a woman with eyes like the desert?
And yet you all do you love me till I can`t say no
And I bury you in my soft dunes and black nights
Let you play in my sweet deep expanses.

I fear I will bury you too deep
Or dehydrate you, make you thirst for the woman I don`t know who is
One too full of forgotten secrets and hidden memories.
But I won`t ever stop you.

You all love to get lost wandering through my eyes.
Searching for the woman you`ll never find.
You all want my deep dunes and lush gardens.
And I love you for it. I won`t ever stop you.

This spoke to me of desperation and of a self drowning in other people. I think the desert works well as a theme here, as though the writer cannot see their own boundaries. while it is a great poem, I think it would benefit from some extra commas, esp in the second stanza - it would make it clearer. Other than that, great work :)
