Vibrance
I fall into your numb arms.
My soul become strangely warm,
Bouncing from cigarettes, coffee and tea.
You are displaying a strange
Lum-in-os-ity.
Vibrating from your
En-er-gy.
It doesn't matter what we do;
Pinballing from street to
Av-en-ue;
I'm not finished with you
'till we are through!
It becomes dark
And we have no wine.
Who cares! You shine!
Spinning through the black;
Your attire, a bizarre
Ca-co-phony
Of fri-vo-lity
Blinds me.
Your smile, your grace, the constant pace.
Does it matter that I don't see your face?
Who? Why? Where?
Does it matter that I don't care?
You guide me into the dark forest,
The trees
Tow-er-ing.
My love ignores it.
As I hear you sing.
You blur, you strobe
Before my eyes.
Spinning, spinning,
Spi-nn-ing.
Twist. Before I can resist,
Falling onto the bed of leaves.
Spent.
