Perpetual Monologue
Perpetual Dialogue:
You can hold a passion,
Or let it go,
Not knowing will it,
Choose to follow.
Golden sunshine,
Fallen leaves,
Love is carried,
Upon the breeze.
Snowdrops lighten,
A darkened day,
As thunder booms,
Lightening shows the way
If you could know,
You are so dear,
Just a long, long waiting,
For nigh on a year.
And fear will be the darkness,
As love is the light
With one or the other,
We get through the night.
And on the other side,
It’s clear for all to see,
That life has its meaning,
When you are with me.
Want to share the feeling,
This one in my heart,
You had it within you,
Right from the start.
So hold onto passion,
Or just let it go,
Mysterious is the future,
And one day you’ll know.
