To the tears that sting my eye
You make me wish that I would die
‘Cause unrequited love it burns
While inside my heart the dagger turns
To the lips that mumble low
Caress me soft and tempt me so
You make me wish that I was gone
For in your game I’m just a pawn
And lastly to the pain inside
You make me want to run and hide
To bleed away the hurt I feel
You make me think that loves not real

I feel your pain; in fact, it nearly brought a tear to my eye. Unrequited love is one of life's most painful feelings. Simple, concise and heartbreaking. Great work.

Who has not felt loves dagger at some point? This is a pain Ive tried for years to express in writting and here it is simply and beautifully put in your words, I'm envious! lol.
