Give it All

The reward awaits, but can I take?
beauty presented with golden plate
too rich to savor with single taste.

To try and require more, I fear
more of fevered love's feverish tear
heart beats faster when promised here.

I will stake everything in love's game
I close my eyes and hear my name
Can it all be given when so much remains?

-Don't be too harsh on this one, I was just writing poems back and forth in a random forum with someone. This came out by just fooling around.
