In me, and you, and the old man walking.

I can see the old gentleman
across the street
walking.

His little blue jacket
and white cigarette,
puffing.

He walks like
the roman empire
never
existed, you see,
quite the cock
sure old bastard
there, across
the
way.

I keep up with him.
The son of a bitch knows something I
do not.

He works with what I
do not. The scalpel did
him in long
ago, and that
is the tragedy.

It’s in me, and you,
and the old man
walking in the
blue coat,
puffing.

There, there!

He finally turned the
corner.

For sure you were onto something, and followed it. For only so long, though? The story doesn't stop after the last line, that's what's killer about this...
