Lying all alone,
On a soft and cozy bed,
I yearn to touch your body,
Feel your chest beneath my head.

Listening to the rainfall,
Sounds like music to me,
I can't help but think about,
What a wonderful lover,
You can be...


Lying all alone,
In this empty room,
Feeling almost dead inside,
Could this be my tomb?

Listening to the silence,
Beating loudly in my head,
I can't help but wonder tonight,
How good it could be,
If you were here instead.

Lying all alone,
My thoughts begin to race,
To the moment we first met,
The smile I saw on your face.

Listening to the rainfall,
Tapping out a soulful tune,
You looked so good that night,
Illuminated by the moon.

Lying all alone,
Wishing you were here,
Life seems like a movie,
My memories are so clear.

Listening to the silence,
So loud it deafens my heart,
Knowing destiny is waiting,
While the past is growing dim,
When will the future start?

Lying all alone,
With too much time to think...
