Shylar:Prince of the unwanted(part 1)

He cared too much.
it meant too much.
For the others around to
share his life.
All their emotions.
were taken into
the core of his being.
All their loves,hates,fears
and desires.
He carried in his heart,until
they could no longer be
bound by his flesh.
The emotion started to
overflow drenching those
nearby with random
feelings, sensations and
paranoia.
It was too much.
He was banished, for the
greater good.
all friends and family,
he would never see again.
A lone figure walking
alone in an empty forest, small
sack of belongings and
guitar on back.
Gaunt and pale in the face.
A once proud stance, bent
and twisted like an old man.
He made a home among the trees. befriending
the small creatures that
dwelt in the forest.
His home was within a great empty oak
tree.
Living off forest fruits and insects.
forgetting the tastes of civilisation.
The animals were easier company
than people. Honest with all there
emotional impulses, nothing hidden.
their emotions were out into the
air before they could be absorbed into
shylar's heart.
The days passed unheard, the nights
Sneaked by, until one night the moon looked down on
This sorry figure and said; “why are you alone?”
Shylar ignored the moon, focusing on the
Mental effort of maintaining misery.
“Do not ignore me, earthbounder, you
Should feel lucky.”
“I do not often bless people with my
Conversation.”
Shylar looked up, frail and
Sad, and began to speak.

I enjoyed this piece but I feel it would make more sense to be in a format of a story instead of a poem. It came across to me that way anyways.

Just a few things:

He carried in his heart, till (until)
Dwelt in the forest (dwelled)
Living of forest fruit (off)

I loved your descriptions of his appearance and emotions
just my opinion
