TABLE OF MULTIPLICATION

Life is a table
Of multiplication:
There's dizziness
Of love
And pure elation.
We'll meet,
My dear,
As two by two
It's clear!

When I hear with my heart -
That's ticking
Barely
Your mincing up to me,
So vividly, so fairly...
You're in a hurry.
Very near.
You're here!

Still it is April,
We're shined by the sunrise,
Joy
Is a long
And inconsistent fable,
Spring sings
Almost not staring in the table
With music lines
Of words,
And hair,
And eyes.

But how perfidious
Are autumnal kicks -
We're muffled up in wool,
Due to that gloomy heaven,
Being very far
From mere five by seven,
With long ago
Forgotten three by six.

This poem made me smile...
It has a great flow, it's lovely, I like the combination math-love
I loved the poem, especially the lines:
"There's dizziness
Of love
And pure elation."
and
"Weâ??re muffled up in wool,
Due to that gloomy heaven,"

Thanks for sharing your poem with us.

"Joy
Is a long
And inconsistent fable": You have done it, KnightPale. If I were to write my autobiography that would be my epigraph.

I'm poor in math and alien by definition. I appreciate the table of your content. As usual, your multiplicity is wrapped in your desire. I'm dizzy with numbers. Loved it.
