If Only There Was a Cure

If Only There Was a Cure

Born with a disease
No one can seem to cure
In and out of hospitals
Heard so many lies
Popping pills in her mouth
Determined
One day she will be fine
Still no doctor has found a cure
They have poked and stabbed her
And so much more
Went to church and
Prayed! Prayed! And Prayed!
Walking to the altar
Going to get saved
Walked around everyday
With a bright smile upon her face
Knowing one day she will be free again
As her body continues to breakdown
And she tries not to loose her faith
While everyone is telling lies to her face
Then GOD comes to take control
He opened his arms to let her in
She looked, smiled, and waved
As she walked into the
Pearly Gates of Heaven
