I hunger

i wish severely sometimes
but i require nothing, thank you.

alone on the mountain i hunger,
that is all.

for once i was sick,
but now i am well.

to feel the pull
and twang of strings
humming unremembered songs
singing them
yourself to sleep
is to remember,
children know.

endurance is a simple path home.

Ah yes,one of the most complexities in life.. enduring hunger. Very melancholic yet serene.
