sail to the brink of dawn

the light is coming faster now
I can feel the water skimming across my soles
as I ride this wave into the horizon
the feeling is overwhelming my brain
so hard to think
just feel
I can see your face in the clouds
the sun is in your smile
the stars are in your eyes
the moon is in your hair
and I am at your feet.

i liked this....wish it was more in active voice though; maybe that's just my thing, but in my own work I'm constantly throwing out superfluous words.
