to find real love
to turn around and see it on your face
not hidden under the shadows of sad eyes
but captured in your bright smile
oh what I wouldn’t give
to touch it
to feel it on your skin
with all its energy running through each finger tip and onto my tears
to have you wash me clean and take away all my pain
if only I could truly just believe
if only I could truly just breathe
with every inch of your love that comes from such a wonderful place
because all my life I’ve been left here to wait
yearning with all my heart
to find real love
to turn around and see it on your face

shattered on these cracked salted lips
that say such simple words just as this

this poem is very important to me

i wrote it not to long along but some time ago if that makes since

this poem is about finding real and i knew there was only one who could give real love love that wasnt found in any person and i was searching for it little did i know he had always been there waiting for me to Accept him


i now know His love and i have felt it more then ever

PS: it started the day i got saved born again and accepted Jesus Christ
