"Jesus, what a perfectly crafted specimen he is," my friend remarked, as our teammate/mortal enemy, Brad, raced around the track.
"Yeah," I said. "We sit here and work our asses off every practice while he hardly ever shows up, but he still blows us out of the water!"
Man...I wish I was from Kenya.

Really enjoyed this. You can just picture the natural athlete racing round the track, as if it's no effort at all. Great fun.
It's the second-to-last sentence that's missing its end-quotes, Taylor - you start the sentence with quotes, but don't finish them. |

Ah - the long distance runner? Kenya certainly produces a lot of excellent runners.
