At first there was the flirt (previous title: Seduction)
Chatting and chatting while thinking
Of kissing those moving lips
Playing with words, with friendship,
And boundaries are blurring
I am touching your shoulder
Is it friendly, is it sexy?
I don't tell, you don't ask
It can be both and it can switch
In a snap
From friend to lover
You look at those fingers
On your coat and you wonder
Then you look at me, for a hint
I don't give an answer
But let my eyes linger
If you pick up on it
You want the same thing
For now we play with each other
There is no hurry
We know we'll get to it
Eventually

| I agree with both of you. I wrote this with the first stages of flirtation in mind. However, thinking about this more, I realized that what I was describing was actually inspired from the games I play with the man who has seduced me a long time ago... Maybe I should rename this. Thank you for your comments! |

Barbara.
This didn't feel like a seduction but more like a pragmatic view of the early days of a blossoming relationship. It is more like a flirtation, and if this is real life and a true representation of what you're going through right now then good luck to you. This is how my relationship started with my fiancee who lives about 3 hours north from you in Downey CA, where I will be living real soon. If this is based on real life I hope the seduction happens in the near future, if of course it hasn't already happened as we speak.
Paul :D |
