The Spirit of Life
A Thousand moments lived once is worth
An age filled of sorrow and equal mirth
Lift yourself up without a thought
than be stagnant, to decay and rot
Look above at unbound sky and stare
and Walk the earth without a care
Climb atop a mountain to reach its peak
Then try to fly with a quest to seek
Listen to waves that spins tales without a trace
Then lift your head to gaze at the moon far in space
Run in the field when you're drunk and fed
On head or foot as if all senses are dead
Dance till your legs aches, around the winter fire
Then shout with joy rather you tremble and tire
The Spirit of life is passion of madness
Enliven it ever by truth and goodness.
