Betrayed by salvation
It was never the end
It hurts my heart to watch you make
The same mistake I did

The ego was purified
But only partially subdued
Now I'm back to suffer again
The cycle of rebirth continued

“Transcend the ego completely”
That's the call I hear now
“Don't follow any teaching that says otherwise”
“The path of Enlightenment is how”
