MY COUNTRY'S INJUSTICE
MY COUNTRY'S INJUSTICE:-
President Elephant on trial:
The Lion a judge.
‘Oh, great one.' said the animals.
‘We are suing for an unequal justice.
In the hands of the law, we are all equal.
By name, we are all animals.
But class distributions differentiate us.
We eat and drink, but the Elephant eats more.
We lived in smaller piece of land, but the Elephant lives in bigger.
We spend little, but the Elephant spends more.
We're paid little for hard jobs, but the Elephant receives much for the easiest.'
‘Oh you unlawful servants!'
Voiced out the Lion judge.
'The Elephant is your president, so shall it do as it wishes.
The government of the people is not for the people.
Democracy is no longer Democracy.
It is ' The -make-money'.
The government is for itself.
For its pockets.
It's Tommy.
Its foreign accounts.
Pray what would be left could be shared to you'.
This of course is a confession of my country's injustice.
