Always With You (I’ll Never Give Up)
Lost in your mind made beliefs,
Concepts, and ideas
Seeing Jesus as a body
An individualized identity
Do me a favor
Say, "I am"
How do you know that your are?
That sense of being, your awareness of being
Prior to saying "I am"
That beingness is what Jesus realized
What Buddha and Krishna realized
What enlightened beings realize as the Self
As them self, the manifest self
The universe, the father, brahman
The Self, the soul, consciousness (as a whole)
But it isn't localized in the body,
Beingness isn't the body
Not an individualized state
But believes itself to be the body
Through ignorance
It's the whole of consciousness
The Self, that is all… all that is
The doorway to the unmanifest,
The Absolute, the unborn
My true nature
Your true nature
Not the body,
Not the body,
Not the body!
You believe yourself to be a body
And your beingness to be specific to your body
So you see others as bodies
'Jesus' as a body,
But it's not so
Focus on the beingness
Know directly
It's the only thing that's been with you
Since the beginning, since 'birth'
The beingness has to be there
Prior to beliefs
Prior to being able to think about Jesus,
Or any other teacher
Why not focus on what you know?
Direct knowledge of yourself
Instead of focusing on second hand,
Mind made ideas and beliefs
Can they even exist or be registered by you…
Without you being aware of yourself first?
Without you there to say, "I am",
What else can possibly be?
There's only one thing
That is always with you
That you know directly
Self-knowledge
Focus on that
Understand that
And only that
Nothing else is needed
But instead you imagine other things
Being always with you
All mind made
All second hand
And they all require belief
Belief equals MIND MADE!!
Again, I have to repeat
But I'll never give up
Not on you
How can I?
I'm none other than your very own Self
And I'm always with you
