Redemption
You lay your offerings at an alter of
indifference nor do I care for your
platitudes for those who have come
before have spilled their lies upon
this sacred ground and their offerings
have turned to rot in my gentle hands.
What, really , is my recompense to continue
in this hellish charade when revelation is
drawing near?
And yet, temperance is called for as the
paragon reflects the accusation and favor
is restored. Due consideration will be
given and hope of deliverance from this
lassitude for I am tired and wish for
these wounds to heal...
