Rhona, Where Did You Go

Dedicated to Rhona G.

When I was only nine
the friends I played with
were Rhona G. and lots of other kids.
She was always there when I needed her
We had been the closest of friends
Then I had to leave...
when I left I said,
"Just believe."
A tear fell, she turned her head...
Now when I think of her, I wonder if she believes in me,
that I'll find her again, somehow, someday...
Rhona, where did you go?
I lost you long, long ago
I miss you so...

WOW! I can relate. I am still looking for a friend I went to school with.
