these are my words, this is my plea

please don't shut down and turn your back on me

I ask you now to figure yourself out

your need to lie to me about your life and your clout

I love you the way you are of that there is no doubt

but please for both of our sakes you need to figure yourself out

you have a problem with commitment, please don't push me away

you know I'm not like all those girls that you see everyday

I actually care about you and always will

you've always been in my heart and there's a place for you still.

as honorable as a knight as handy as a boyscout

I'm asking you now to figure yourself out.

You don't have to lie to me about your whereabouts

but please please please just figure yourself out

I will love you forever no matter what

but when your not honest with yourself your screwing both of us

I try and I try to get you to see

but when you look around you look right past me

I trust you completely there's no need to lie

but that's what hurts me the most deep down inside

one day perhaps you can tell me what the lies are all about

but for right now for both of our sakes please just figure yourself out
