Untitled- Rough

This is an idea I'm playing with, just a rough outline...

He lights his vice
Over candle fire
Careful not to spill
The bubbling gold ocean
Inside the spoon

He’s fixing

Thought scatters
And creeps in the shadows
Stark red eyes
Strewn over carpets
Peeking from under
Hand-me-down furniture
Peeking from under
Puzzled mirrors
Peeking from under
Door ways
Isolating instinct and intellect
And fixings from fixers

The candle was stolen
From a catholic church
Blessed by the father to
Watch over holy work
A prayer
A redeemer

The candle glows violently
Prayer involves a shaking hand
A tourniquet
The ceremony begins

Keep playing with this - there's some nice imagery bouncing around - just a thought, but maybe you don't need to spell out the fixing bit - the bubbling gold ocean and the spoon spell it out just fine for my money.
