Heaven claimed another angel today
With her gown of righteousness she now stands at the gates
Dancing and praising without any pain
Standing in front of her savior praising his name
Rejoice in the Lord always, is the hymn of her choice
As she stands there in the presence of Jesus she lifts up her voice
What marvelous sites appear before her eyes?
And the sound from her mouth is joyful cries
Glory be to God, and praise his holy name
For heaven claimed another angel today.
