At 4:00 a.m.
Current mood: anxious

Even in the midst of
Stability and success
It manages to find me

At 4:00 a.m.
It jerks me out of sleep
I can't breath with it sitting on my chest

I fear
And I want to reach out
But I don't
I have to do it on my own

My philosophy
Let nature take it's course
Learn to not fear

Nature will take me
Or allow me to stay

Very good. Great way of emphasizing the physical attributes of anxiety. I like the message of trying to deal with it on your own.
