how do you measure love?

in gifts?
in cards?
in hugs?
in kisses?
in fucks?
is any of this love?
yes, this can be love
but love isn't always this
love is people who try to help no matter what
love is people who care when you don't deserve it
love is kindness, friendship
it is a pack of Kleenex pushed to you with a smile
it is a friend sitting quietly while you cry
Love is all of these things and so much more

Jewel, this offers a good perspective about the measurement of love, though I must admit that I was surprised by the fifth line. --Robert
