psychedelic campfire blues

there once dawned a period
a period that forever waited
waited for a worthwhile cause
and it stayed there alone
vulnerable to one side
the possibility of onslaught was surely of mind
oh of mind
how well
how conscious and considerate
that I am ably fucking &
am able to sympathize
but does that really matter?
its better to ask and move on than to
ponder and rebuttal because that’s so
eighteenth century or something
now its over under through & done
period
