Numb

Humming, numbing
head is cold,
nothing above me
or below
nothing beside me,
nowhere to go
so I sit
still,
listen to the drip
trickle from inside
me,
red drops on white
now they see-
“No please not the carpet,
don’t bleed on me”

Keep going. I liked it, but I'm not sure where the blood came from at the end. I thought you were describing having a cold, but the last lines threw me off.
