Once upon a time there were a pair of twins; Lola and Lily. Lily was athletic, brawny and beautiful. Lola, however, was smart, clumsy, and a bit anti-social. Despite thier differences the two were friends until freshman year. Lily chose to do basketball, volleyball,cheerleanding, and Student Government to fill up her free time. Lola signed up for Drama Club, Yearbook, and an extra-curricular writing class. Going thier seperate ways they did not see what damage was about to be done. One night, Lola got a strange call from her sister.
"Can you come pick me up?" Lily's voice slurred.
"Where are you?"
"At a party.....Brad Zimmerman's House." There was a gagging sound and Lola knew Lily was throwing up.
"Were you drinking? Are you drunk?" Lola asked fiercly.
"Just a little bit. Just........come pick me......up..." Lily hung up the phone.


The ambulance got there before Lola did.
Lily had died 13 minutes later after the phone call to Lola. She died of alcohol poisoning.

What if things had been different? What if Lily had never gone to the party? Lola missed her twin terribily. Itt was like missing a leg or an arm. But as much as she loved her sister, she also hated her. Lily died doing something illegal, something she knew was wrong.....so why did she do it? It was a question Lola vowed to find out, but never did. Lily was dead, so no one could hear her answers.
