you will not surrender
there is no pain to fight
there is no love besides the one illusion
you shall not feel what is not there
regain control and awake
i ask you oh little boy
awake yourself and breathe
you shall not surrender to a weakness within
do not care for one's betrayl
besides the one you inflict yourself
you will not surrender oh small boy
feelings are things of the past

Wow amazing! i really like this poem Samuel. My initial thoughts were, "did you write this!?" because it is very deep and seems to be beyond your years. But please don't be offended - i mean this as a complement to you! I like how you write speaking to your inner self "you will not surrender"... you write in a way that readers can associate with, the inner battle of negative thoughts that threaten to errode who we truely are. - You go young man!! - keep on ignoring them, as my dad says... "the worlds your oyster kid!" -cheers JB.
