Society cliques
Poem- Society Cliques
Current mood: indescribable
You tried and failed,
to put me in a clique.
You knew nothing about me,
I was quiet and invisible.
You could not label me,
as you do so many others.
You tried to label me,
prep, nerd, goth.
None of them were me,
so you continued on,
loner, freak, skater.
None of them once again,
for I hung out in crowds,
I did not dress like a freak,
and I couldn't skateboard.
I am an outsider,
not fitting into your society cliques.
An outsider you labeled me,
when you could find nothing else.
