What can be the feeling of commemorating past love?
Recalling your life of love and songs
filled with intimacy and despair
Remembering the times your heart severed
Felt jealousy again
felt love again
Hoping again of the time filled with romance
Despondent eyes and coinciding glances
Scars from those promises and starry nights
Reminding you of those moments that wounded you
But mended because of love
inspired by my other love
Living again the way you did
during the time your heart beat
When it shared its feelings with two vows
from two hearts beating for mine
When your heart thumped endlessly
And until now it beats
Commemorating past love
Feeling the love within

It's funny how we mean one thing when we write something, and people going through a situation might read it differently. You may have been talking about loves lost to break-ups in your poem, but I have recently experienced a near-death experience, so for me, your poem is very sad. And poignant.
