The Bosom of Anne Bonny (Wee Story 31 Still Waters)

150 wds..
_ _ for italics.

The towering, rough masts of the ship flashed in moonlight.

“Captain, I swear on my eyes the ship pitched; I lost my legs and fell against you.” Coarse rope banded his hips; rope trailed from his waist, dipped into the sea, and passed under the boat.

Five men held the other end of the line.

“I didn't mean to grab your; I mean -shit- touch your ... “

A hat stifled Captain Anne Bonny's long, red hair; shadows cloaked her face. “Aye. It's shit. I'll see you don't lose your balance again.”

“But, Captain- “

“_No one touches me_.” No one but Calico Jack Rackham. ”Officer Kelly, keelhaul this asshole.”

The man was jerked off his feet into black water and under the boat. Jagged barnacles anchored to the bottom of the pirate ship _Trinity_ ripped his skin. He shrieked bubbles.

“He might survive.” Anne stroked her holsters. “There's flat, still water tonight.”

Keelhaul this asshole...

This just cracks me up. Seriously though, I laughed out loud and still am thinking about what the poor guy did to get busted so. It had to have been the face-plant krademacher referred to.

Hope it was worth it...

Brought to mind "Conquest" starring Ms. Jenna Jamieson. Except the punishment was far less severe. Really fun.

A good wit, and well presented piece. Shows how it's supposed to be done.

Is it just me that thinks 'stroked her holsters' sounds a bit - erm - filthy? Yeah, just me...

Good one, Tim - I'm not sure about the punctuation semi-colon wise - I'll have a wee think about it and come back if I can work out what's bugging me.

Thanks for the read and the smiles.

Cheers

Karen
