Perfection...what the *toot*?!?!

Perfection
Am I whole or do I need reconstruction?
That is the question
I was born with three dollars and six dimes
But the devil stole my change

¡Dios mio! Am I naked?
For all the world to see
Will they be kind and tolerate that mole on my thigh
Or do I need a Band-Aid?
Because I sho’ ain’t gettin’ it removed.

Do you think they’ll mind seeing all they see?
Or is it I with the advantage
To see the inside without them having to disrobe
Why was I made this way?
I still don’t have the answer to that riddle
Which came first? My soul or the egg inside mi madre’s womb?

So still I search for perfection

All the blatherings of my mind’s mouth
Pose conflict to my body’s heart
¡Callate por favor!...both of you
Let me think for a minute
You just can’t understand

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CHANGE?!?!

I rely on Jesus to retrieve it for me
Sometimes I wish I could go on the bounty hunt
However that is not my occupation
Relax doll, you’ll be complete once I’m finished with you.
That’s all I needed to hear
Rest is eminent
