want dit gaan weer ok met my
nie soos ander dae wanneer ek net wil verdwyn nie
vandag skryf ek weer oor liefde en dink aan jou
want jy is my beminde
net jy ken die gange in my hart
net jy kan met my siel sit en gesels
vandag glimlag ek weer
want ek dink aan jou
die hartseer bly nou vir dae aaneen weg
en die pyn sit nou êrens daar agter
ek mis jou steeds
maar onthou maar min van gister
en elke dag voeg ek onthoudenisse by
en wonder soms of ons regtig was
vandag weet ek, ek is lief vir jou
en dit is nie net 'n gevoel nie
maar dit vloei deur my alles
klam en mistig soos die môredou

today I write to you again
because I am fine
not like other days when all I want to do is dissapear
today I write about love and think of you
because you are my lover
only you know the passages of my heart
only you can sit and chat to my soul
today I smile again
because I think of you
the heartache now stay away for days on end
with the pain almost gone
I still miss you
but remember very little of yesterday
and everyday I add memories
and wonder if it was all real
today I know I love you
and it is not only a feeling
it flows through my very being
damp and misty like the morning fog

| Verskoon my taal, ek het nie afrikaanse gepraat vir baie jare nie, en ek het jou skryf gelees en gelees en gelees dat ek kan dit verstaan, en agter ek het dit in ingles gesien..ahahahaha..jou wekr is mooi, dit is nou in my siel, dankie vir dit..en aseblief, verskoon my taal! |
