son et lumiere

breaking pure silence
of the air
stroked by fingers
of the moon

is heard
far music
of itinerant wolves
and bared

are a mountain’s
breasts
to clouds’ caress
above

an iron-tongued bell
tolling
to ocean’s swing
a knell

Thanks, David.

I'd very much in mind that the sound was very important, especially in reference to the title, AL. Thanks.

Nice imagery and meter. The words kept a nice pace that moved the piece along smoothly. Good work.
