I Know You Are There
Where are You, why do You lurk in the
shadows of the heavens, out of sight.
I know You are there.
I reach out my hand and grasp empty air,
Yet I know You are there.
My call is not in vain when I cry out to You.
Because I know You are there.
You won’t put on me, more than I can bear.
Still I know You are there.
I now feel Your presence wrap around me
with care,
and I know You are there.
