Untitled object

Balanced on its center, teetering on the inside so no one will ever know, the dish glistened confidently. Its corners reached upwards, not out of a desperate attempt to obtain something but rather to show you it can if it needs to...
{a candle resting upon this delicate tray would need a strong visual presence; not to overpower but to simply stand alongside and hold its own}

Each mosaic portion of this puzzle d'art is elegant and powerful within its geometric confines. But that is to look at the dish with eyes focused. Blurring ones concentration will allow the bigger picture to take center stage and that's where this piece belongs...

It deserves it;
humbled and steady;

function + art.
