Wow, I didn't think I'd get any comments for this. I'd like to thank you, first of all, and yeah, I mostly wrote this in reflection of "On The Road" by Jack Kerouac. I think it captures the spirit pretty well but I love it when people gather different interpretations.
Extremely short writing is so interesting. You'd think it would be straightforward but I am certain that ten different people will each see it differently.
Anyway, "window frame" is my favorite part of the piece. It makes me think that whatever is in the darkness is watching the passenger in motion, like a movie. Or maybe the passenger is watching the darkness in same way? Nice work.
