The Wall

The Wall

Sitting here staring at this weathered brick wall, I
realize that in some ways our lives can represent this particular wall.

Its bricks are old and weathered. This could mean that the wall has been through some tough times. Like most of us. The fact that it is still standing means that it is strong and sturdy. Again like most of us. Although, some of us do not realize how strong we really are.

Some people try to build invisible walls around themselves. Most people do this to keep from being hurt in some way. Speaking from experience this hardly ever works for to long. Because, like a real wall an invisible wall can come crumbling down also. Usually this happens at the most least expected time. Someone will always be able to break through barriers of our invisible wall. Never forget this.

There will always be times of hardships and pain. Just remember, we are strong and sturdy like that brick wall.
Like most brick walls, when they fall down, they can be rebuilt, and so can we. The reason the wall stands tall is because of good structure. Good structure in our lives can make us stand strong and proud.
What do you see, when you examine the wall? Is it strong and sturdy or weak and crumbling?
