Away for good

I wake up,
5:30 in the morning.
The day,
it's no longer pending.

I take a quick shower,
I get ready.
I get in my car,
I'm gone by 6:30.

The drive,
It's a lonesome bliss.
If I wasn't so nervous,
I'd say that I'm going to hate this.

I Hr 30 Min later,
I step out of my car.
I walk up to the door,
Everything is going good so far.

I open the door,
OMG I think I have to go piss.
If I wasn't so ecstatic,
I'd tell you how much I'm going to love this.

For once in my life,
I've never been happier,
to see so many geeks.

It's a brand new world,
one I'm sure to love.
Away at college for weeks.
