Torment Me

Why must you torment me,
With those pale blue eyes?
Not glancing at me,
The one who cries.

Why won’t you help me?
One look and you’d see,
I want to be loved,
As any would be.

You keep walking away,
Slowly fading from view.
My heart cannot take it,
I want to love you.

Shatter my heart,
A million glass pieces,
And leave me alone,
To pick up the pieces.

Can’t you see?
I need help.
Just a friend,
For myself.

But you torment me,
With those pale blue eyes,
Not glancing at me,
The one who cries.

I like this, I feel like I can really relate to this piece right now, it almost makes me sad by the emotions that it brought up, thanks for sharing
