The Simple Moments
In the course of your days filled with deadlines and dismay
Take a moment to smile – to relieve the stress from your brow.
Pleasing customers can be hard, when your profits seem afar
Just take a moment to remember, there’s always hope in tomorrow.
Juggling tasks can take its toll, it burdens your heart and pains your soul
Just take a moment to remember, the divine patience of Job.
Traveling, meetings, here and there – so many decisions, don’t despair
Just take a moment to appreciate those who truly care.
Time is passing much too fast, you’re overloaded with multi-tasks
Take a moment to just be quiet, in your silent prayers…humbly ask.
Just be thankful in your plight, don’t lose the race and you’ll win the fight
It’s the simple moments that give meaning and purpose to our lives.
Just look around you, open your eyes, the sun is still shining behind cloudy skies
The birds are singing and the time is nigh, to understand that - It’s the simple moments that keep us alive!
