Orthodox

The Irony of Tyranny is that it never leaves
Always here planting fear
With thousands of politicians up its sleeves

A system of dictation can only be successful through fear and will
So to reform a system of the free
Is to eradicate the Righteous or cause them to flee
The best known dictations of modern time
Are of the gravest infections of the genocide kind
They’re ruled by the same with the same iron fist
They put all to shame that won’t get the gist
Played out like before with fake terror threats
Burning their own buildings and reaping war debts
Turn countries democracies
Into dictated autocracies

These are the plans they set down in stages
From many facets
They’ve stolen assets
With lives lost as war wages

When fascism came it was wrapped in a flag
And our freedom and rights accredited a toe tag
All the leaders are on this playing field
Most all take one side
With but few in divide
Propagations of the nations now their shield
From defeats in this field
they can hide

The Irony of dictation is the submissive act of the people
The will to bend on hand and knee
To trade their rights for security
To change from humane to a flock of sheople
Our priests smile as we lock our own cages
And truth is defiled
Abolished from histories pages

And Ignorance is not stupidity
You’re given the ability to know with agility
But refuse to see by choice
It’s being afraid
It’s being lazy
When the risk of knowing can label you crazy
Thus giving up your knowledge and giving up your voice

But the Majority of the world is not this way
They feel the gist of all we pay
The ones that help in our staged rape
Are the simplistic voting minions
Their thoughts disconcerted
Their beliefs been subverted
Propagated and sedated
They vote their vague opinions

So this has been a little of how us free became enslaved
From mere word potions and terror threat notions
We stood in as flags we waved
And stripped down
Our own rights to the ground
We lye bare for the guillotine

Our ignorance lessens
When we see truth lessons
Dictations falter
When we rise from the alter
Control lines transcend
When we seek to fend
Lives stop dying
When we stop lying

So get ready for the stage
Revolutionary war to wage
Exemplified by all we’ve seen..

I liked this. It should be in poetry though.

+Reminds me of System of a Down just if "When fascism came" stanza were a chorus.

+Some lines I liked:
From mere word potions
Exemplified by all we’ve seen

+There's some great line breaks in this.

-I think the rhyming couplets are unnecessary if you can find better words/linebreaks. couplets are overrated.
