Made From Memory
Closing my eyes from the hustle of a horrendous atmosphere
I breath in deeply, hold, and release a thought that
sweeps back the grime upon that initial sparkling shine
of rotating propellers coursing through the sands of time.
Flashes of eyes lashes out between the eight thin sheets
creating intermittent images followed by an echoing reverberation.
Faster, and faster, the circular motions smoothes out the staccato.
Suddenly sucking in all insecure inhibitions, I place my hesitant hand through
and gently grab upon her Herbal Essence hair steadying the fingers
on the curvaceous cheek to admire the smothered lipstick.
Eyes rolled back with her nubile neck extended outwards
to explosive rifts as they stream past the touching toes towards:
total ecstasy.
Opening my eyes now back to the hustle of a horrendous atmosphere
I breath in deeply, hold, and release the final thought that
swept me back into a time of her initial sparkling shine,
but for many month now, she has already left me buried behind.
