Heart Felt

Sometimes I kick back
Have a few beers
And I start to miss
My younger years
And I imagine myself
As I was then
When I had a different
Group of friends
And I miss them bad
Like a pain in my heart
I think of them then and
I suddenly start
To remember my past
The days when my age
Had nothing to do
With what I felt in that part
Cause the message was clear
And would always appear
When I began to imagine-
With what?
My heart.

I have
Spotted thoughts of no rhyme or reason
My
Speed of thought
Changes with the season
I got
No worries
I got no care
I wish it was so but
It's floating in the air
My
Questions on this
Switching of pace
My thoughts are drifting
All over the place
