My cat currently has a huge abscess on his ear. There's a hole in it that goes under the skin. We have to squeeze puss out of it a couple of times a day and then squirt a siringe of antiseptic into the hole to flush it out.

Quite frankly, it's got to be the 4th most disgusting thing I've ever had to do.
