Leaning
I lean on walls,
Yeah so what,
But my forehead,
It sticks to the textures,
And and remains red for minutes.
I lean on walls,
Cause they can't step away,
I lean on walls,
Cause they are here,
And no one else is.
I lean on walls cause they don't change,
They always forget,
But always remember,
At the same time.
I lean on walls,
Cause when I do,
I am busy for hours thinking about why,
I am leaning on this wall,
Instead of...
Doing something productive,
But no I won't move,
I'm too hurt and frozen,
And I already got this spot warm.
I lean on walls,
The biggest heartbreak of my life,
I screamed for hours,
And cried for days,
And that wall never pulled away.
I lean on walls,
And get as close as I can,
I lean on walls,
Because they help me stand,
And they cant push me away,
Like everyone else.
No one sent me to a corner when I was kid,
Cause I was already there.
